Subsequent Treatments (30-45 minutes)

Subsequent sessions involve discussing progress, examinations, and treatment. This may include manipulation of the spine and or other joints as necessary, soft tissue massage, stretching, mobilisation techniques, exercises, and advice for moving forward.
