What is Chiropractic?

Chiropractors are fully registered and qualified with the General Chiropractic Council and provide effective, evidence-based treatments for back and neck pain. They use gentle, focused techniques to relieve muscle spasms, stiff joints, and aching limbs. Chiropractic is a health care profession which specialises in the diagnosis and treatment of disorders affecting the musculo-skeletal system of the body (i.e., conditions affecting nerves, muscles and joints). Chiropractors use manipulation (specific, gentle movements applied to the joints by hand) to normalise function in the musculo-skeletal system and aid healing of the body without the use of medication or surgery.

What do we do differently?

Alongside traditional chiropractic techniques, I also use soft-tissue release techniques and massage on muscles and ligaments. Additionally, I give personalised stretching programmes, exercise regimes, and postural advice to help accelerate your recovery and maintain your health progress.
